Want to learn a year's worth of language in one quarter? Want to earn some credits before Fall? Summer Quarter classes offer a range of language and content courses! Visit the Summer Time Schedule for times and locations, and to register.
Intensive Courses run the full Summer term (June 20-August 19), and cover one year of language. Worth 15 credits.
- FRENCH 134: 1st-year French
- ITAL 134: 1st-year Italian
- ITAL 234: 2nd-year Italian
- ITAL 334: 3rd-year Italian
Language Courses run either A or B term, and cover the same material as one academic-year quarter (5 credits).
- FRENCH 101, 102 and 103
- FRENCH 201 and 202
- FRENCH 301 and 302
Content Courses run either A or B term, and cover a variety of topics (5 credits).
- ITAL 366/466: Italian Society in Cinema
- FRENCH 390: Special Topics: listening comprehension and oral production skills.
