First year PhD student in Anthropology at the University of Southern California. Completing the visual Anthropology track-includes making feature length documentaries in tandem with my dissertation. My research and films are a continuation of my preliminary research I started at UW and focus on underground queer communities, kinship and clandestine queer activism in Dakar, Senegal.
