On April 8, 2024, the L'Italo Americano newspaper published an article discussing our department's newest study abroad program. This summer, the Italian Studies Perugia: Art & Food in the Green Heart of Italy program will kick off, led by Assistant Teaching Professor of French & Italian Irina Markina. Rita Cipalla of L'Italo Americano sat down with Beatrice Arduini, the chair of French & Italian Studies, to discuss the development of the program and what the partnership means for both our department and Perugia's Università per Stranieri.
