Graduate World Language Exams (GWLEs) in French and Italian
The Graduate World Language Exams (GFLEs) in French and Italian are administered by the Office of Educational Assessment Testing Center in 440 Schmitz Hall. This exam is for graduate students from outside departments who need to demonstrate proficiency in French or Italian in order to earn their degree. The exam costs $50, last for 2 hours, and consist of multiple choice questions with no listening section.
